Description

ZN12-40.5 series of indoor HV. vacuum circuit breaker is with rated voltage of 40.5 kv, three-phase AC. 50(60)Hz, indoor HV. switch equipment. The structure of this kind of circuit breaker is simple but with strong breaking capability. It is suitable for application in  mining industry, substations and power transmission and distribution systems for controlling and protecting equipment and lines. Especially it is suitable for the industries which require frequently operations, such as metallurgy industries, steel plants to control and protect equipment. This kind of vacuum circuit breaker can be assembled with truck so that the breaker is suitable for many kinds of switchgear such as JYN1, GBC, etc.

Its structural characteristics:

1. Operating mechanism is  a technique operating mechanism enquired from Siemens same as that of 3AF vacuum circuit breaker. the operating mechanism is integrated with vacuum circuit breaker, with charactenstics of short transmission routes, less chains and high transmission efficiency.

2. This operating mechanism adopts spring type, it can be operated by AC or DC, also can be operated by manual

2. The height above sea level: s 1000 m(Not including special requirements)

3. Relative humidity: the average humidity of a day should be no more than 95% the average humidity of a monthshould be no more than 90%

4. Saturated vapor pressure: the average pressure of a day should be no more than 2.2kpa: the average pressure of amonth should be no more than 1.8kpa

5.Earthquake intensity: not exceed 8 degrees.

6. It should be installed in the places without fire, explosion seous filth, and chemical erosion and violent vibration.
