KYN61-40.5 Metal-clad draw-out AC. switchgear
Production description
The switchgearis are designed and manufactured according to standards-- MV. metal enclosed switchgear of GB3906-1991 and IEC298. Whole enclosure is made up of two parts that are cabinet body and extractable part (handcart). Structure of cabinet is assembled up by bolts. Inside of the switchgear is divided into a circuit breaker chamber, a main bus room, a cable room and a LV. relay instrument room which are isolated by metal clap-plates. Protection grade of enclosure reaches up to IP3X, and protection grade between each compartments is IP2X when doors are open. All metal structure parts are reliably grounded, and each compartment of main circuit system has a pressure release channel with a single exhausting function.
1. Enclosure and isolating plates
The shell and baffle of switchgear are made of cold-rolled steel sheet which is processed by numerical control machine and is bolted up together after bending. Therefore, all finished switchgears are ensured in uniformity of same size and divided into a circuit breaker room, a main bus room, a cable room and an electrical instrument room.
2. Handcar
Handcart can be prefabricated into circuit breaker handcart, voltage transformer handcar, measuring handcar, isolated handcar and so on. All kinds of handsets have same dimensions, and same sized and function handcarts can be interchanged each other. The handcart has test/isolation position and working position in the cabinet. Each position is equipped with reliable interlocking device to ensure that the handcart can not move freely when it is in above the two positions.
3. Circuit breaker compartment
Circuit breaker compartment is fitted with a specific track for its handcart to move. When circuit breaker moves from test position to working position, isolation slap-doors will automatically open or close, thus ensuring that workers do not touch charged conductive parts. Handcart can be only operated when door of the cabinet closed. Location of handcart in cabinet can be seen through a view window, and any functional signs on the handcart can be seen at the same time.
4. busbar chamber
Main busbar leads from one switchgear to another switchgear and is fixed by branch busbar and static contact box, and is also fixed by busbar wall-bushing when passing through side plate of one cabinat to adjacent cabinet. All busbars are insulated by compound insulating tube.
5. PT, grounding switch, lightning arrester and multiple cables can be installed in cables compartment.
6. Relay room
In relay room there are inner plate and front plate which can fix all LV. Components such as control, protection components, metering, display instruments, live monitoring indicators and other secondary components.
7. interlocking device
The switchgear has reliable interlocking system, which ensures safety of operators and equipment.
Application
KYTN61-40.52 type draw-out AC. metal clad switchgear is a three phase AC. 50Hz, rated voltage 40.5kV of indoor complete set of distribution equipment to accept and distribute electrical energy, having control, protect and detect functions for the system in power plants, substations and industrial and mining enterprises and it can also be used for frequent operation. This switchgear meets standards of GBMT 022-1999, GB3906-2006 and DL404-1997.
Structural characteristics
1. Structure of the cabinet is assembled structure, and chrome breaking device adopts structure of handcart.
2. Equipped with a new type of vacuum circuit breaker, it has characteristics of good interchangeability and easy replacement.
3. Handcart frame is equipped with a screw rod propulsion mechanism, which can easily move the handcart and prevent the misoperation from damaging the propulsion structure.
4. All operations can be only carried out under closed condition of the cabinet doors.
5. Interlocking system between main breaker, handcart and switchgear door adopts a mandatory mechanical version of group lock, which is full of "five guard" functions.
